Piemonte Gallery

Piemonte was born in 1935 in suburb of Milan.  He lived and worked in Switzerland from 1965 to 1975 where he studied with the masters of concrete art.  During this period he made fashion mannequins for Balenciaga and Yves Saint Laurent.  These were shown at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York and the Museum of Art and Fashion at the Louvre in Paris.  With a representative of the MADI Movement in Argentina he found the Italian MADI Movement.
